Trailers of our own manufacture

Under the Baygar Equipamiento Móvil brand, we design and build trailers in Galicia for separate waste collection, bin washing and the upkeep of streets and parks. They are used by local councils and service companies, in Galicia and beyond.

Each unit is configured for the job it will do (number of deposit openings, tank capacity, engine type) and can carry the customer’s own livery.

Recycling and bin washing

  • Green Plus mobile recycling-point trailer, with its recycling openings in view

    Mobile recycling points

    Compact (9 openings), Plus (15 to 20) and Plus L, with a rear ramp for bulky items. Aluminium chassis and a fire-suppression system with a temperature sensor.

    Mobile recycling islands

    Colour-coded bins on a trailer, for festivals, fairs and events. In 2024, two at the San Roque festivities in Vilagarcía, with Urbaser and the council. Also available for hire.

  • Neighbourhood recycling points branded for the Ponteareas council campaign “Ponte Limpa móbil”

    Street recycling points

    Neighbourhood recycling points with 11 or 20 openings, in steel or aluminium, and bin enclosures for up to five waste streams, clad in phenolic board.

    Bin washers

    Washes 90 to 360-litre bins several at a time, and 800 and 1,100-litre bins one by one. Twin-axle trailer; water filtered in four stages.

Street maintenance

  • Street-cleaning trailer with a water tank and hose reels

    High-pressure street cleaning

    Honda engine, 250-bar pump and 400-litre tank, with two 50-metre hose reels. For street furniture, signs and paving.

    Drain unblocking

    Pump rated at 130 bar and 50 litres per minute, 20 hp engine, 400-litre tank and an electric reel with 70 metres of hose.

    A 14 hp leaf vacuum with a 5-metre hose, mounted on a twin-axle trailer with a 190 cm high cover and a ramp.

    Tanks from 200 to 800 litres and a petrol or diesel engine, on a trailer approved for use on public roads.
