www.baygar.com PATENTES LEONESAS RETRACTABLE BEAM Assembly Instructions SAFETY CABLE SACFFOLDING PACK THE 50 INSTALLATION AREA SOLID WITH EXTENDED POSITION CONCRETE This work equipment serves as a suspension structure for the installation of TSP type (hanging scaffoldings) variable level suspended platforms (SAE) in buildings. The use manual wil be read carefully before being used and the maximum use load will not be exceeded under any circumstance, nor will the scaffolding be hung prior to 10 days after concreting. Its coming into service will be forbidden before the approval of the machine it is going to be attached to. During access to the anchoring points there may be a risk of falling from a height. The following will be necessary: In the case of accessing from the roof, fall prevention equipment and anchoring to the lifeline will be used. The installation of the supports will be performed on a formwork board, before concreting the slab or the beam. The concrete slab or beam will contain the appropriate amount of steel and the corresponding mesh, at the very least. The characteristic resistance of the concrete it is going to installed on will be between 200 and 250 kg/cm2. The maximum loads for use are indicated in the table below. – If access from the roof is not possible, an elevating platform will be used.
