www.baygar.com PATENTES L EONESAS RETRACTABLE BEAM SUPPORT RÉTRACTILE * "CORRA" MODEL THE SOLUTION FOR ANCHORING UNDER THE EAVES MODÈLE "CORRA" SOLUTION POUR ANCRAGE SOUS AUVENT The "corra" vertical support is manufactured by means of machining steel profiles in accordance with the manufacturing procedure according to standard UNE ENIso 9001 implemented in Patentes Leonesas. The supporting strip is retractable on a rectangular profile with a steel bar going through it and bent at its ends to remain embedded in the concrete slab, allowing for scaffolding anchoring under the eaves. The scaffolding is installed once the concrete has set and the supporting strip is extracted to guarantee the limit. This equipment is designed to work under traction efforts due to a maximum recommended weight of 500 kg. Each "corra" support is galvanised for adequate resistance to corrosion. Once the siding of the façade of the building has been executed, the support is closed avoiding the unaesthetic effect and providing a reliable anchoring system for later maintenance of the building. Two models are manufactured according to the thickness of the concrete slab, with the "Corra F15" model for 15 cm slabs and the "Corra F30" model for slabs up to 30 cm thick. The "doble corra" model is used in wellholes as the anchoring for hoisting machinery in the lift installation.
