Fire door finishes

-The three sides epoxy polymerized coated MC3 frame is manufactured high resistant steel and is completed with a cold smoke seal. - Leaf of zinc-coated sheet, PVC laminated or painted in different finishes according to RAL color chart with 53mm thick for EI2 60 and MULTIUSE and 63mm for EI2 90 and EI2 120. -The doors of a nominal height over 2400mm are provided with and additional hinge. -Rock wool insulation EI2 60: 150kg/m3, 50 thickness Ei2 90: 150kg/m3, 60 thickness Ei2 120: 180kg/m3, 30 +30 thickness MULTIUSE: expansible polystyrene or aluminum bee nest design, 52mm thickness. -Secondary leaf seal EI 60: 33 x 2mm, EI2 120: 43 x 2mm. - CEN approved EI hinges. - CEN approved lock. -Fire-resistant DIN handle with anti-coupling, completed with a polyamide fire-proof steel core. For multiuse doors, the handle is made out of plastic. -Anti-crowbar device: E12 60, one device per leaf; EI 2 90 and EI2 120, two devices per leaf.
