It extends the equipment life and aesthetics thanks to the protective multi-layer coatings that have been applied on all exposed parts before giving them the final silver-grey colour. Moreover, the extendable height spindle has been zinc plated. The result is a salt-spray test endurance of more than 400 hours. ( The grade 4 is the maximum corrosion resistance level in EN1670, which is equivalent to 240 hours) The EP finish can be ordered for CT300036 or CT300057 closers and for B3057 arm. The falt mounting plate APCT3000 has been also included for the EP range as it is very useful for outdoor installation with narrow frames. APCT3000 APGD3000 ALCT3000 ALGD3000 CT3000 Stainless Steel finish The IM finish for CT300036, CT300057, BN3057 and GD300F has been performed by manufacturing all visible parts in solid satin stainless steel, AISI-304 grade, except the extendable heigth spindle. This includes the closer cover, the fixing screws for closers-arms-guide rail, the arm parts, the guide rail cover and even the threaded part for arm to guide rail connection. www.baygar.com
