Apuntalaríamos todos los cruceros para después bajar las sopandas y l los intermedios. Lo que significa que recuperamos todos los cruceros, sopandas e intermedios dejando apuntalado un crucero cada metro (en encofrados de jácena) y metro y medio (en encofrados de techo) con sus respectivos puntales.
