The patented Bottom Feed Stop Bar is strategically located to make it possible for an operator’s leg to strike the bar and shut off the feed mechanism either intentionally or automatically in an emergency situation. CLUTCHLESS PTO SYSTEM. A clutchless PTO system allows the cutter to be engaged without using a traditional slip clutch or idler pulley and without sliding the engine.
