www.baygar.com PATENTES L EONESAS RETRACTABLE BEAM SUPPORT RÉTRACTILE * "CORRA" MODEL THE SOLUTION FOR ANCHORING UNDER THE EAVES MODÈLE "CORRA" SOLUTION POUR ANCRAGE SOUS AUVENT The "corra" vertical support is manufactured by means of machining steel profiles in accordance with the manufacturing procedure according to standard UNE ENIso 9001 implemented in Patentes Leonesas. The supporting strip is retractable on a rectangular profile with a steel bar going through it and bent at its ends to remain embedded in the concrete slab, allowing for scaffolding anchoring under the eaves. The scaffolding is installed once the concrete has set and the supporting strip is extracted to guarantee the limit. This equipment is designed to work under traction efforts due to a maximum recommended weight of 500 kg. Each "corra" support is galvanised for adequate resistance to corrosion. Once the siding of the façade of the building has been executed, the support is closed avoiding the unaesthetic effect and providing a reliable anchoring system for later maintenance of the building. Two models are manufactured according to the thickness of the concrete slab, with the "Corra F15" model for 15 cm slabs and the "Corra F30" model for slabs up to 30 cm thick. The "doble corra" model is used in wellholes as the anchoring for hoisting machinery in the lift installation. Le support vertical "corra" se fabrique moyennant la mécanisation de profils en acier conformément au processus de fabrication selon la norme UNE I50 9001 implanté à Patentes Leonesas. La platine portante est rétractile sur un profil rectangulaire traversé pat un profil rond en acier double dans ses extrémités, qui reste encastré dans la dalle en béton, permettant l'ancrage de l'échafaudage sous l'auvent. Une fois solidifié le béton, la platine portante est extraite jusqu'à garantir la butée, en effectuant l'installation de l'échafaudage. Cet équipement est dessiné pour travailler à efforts de traction pour un poids maximum conseillé de 500 kg. Chaque support "corra" est galvanisé pour une adéquate résistance à la corrosion. Après avoir effectué la fermeture de la façade de l'édifice, le support est fermé en évitant l'effet anti-esthétique en fournissant un système fiable d'ancrage pour l'ultérieure maintenance de l'édifice. Deux modèles différents sont fabriqués, selon l'épaisseur de la dalle en béton, résultant les modèles "Corra F15" pour dalles de 15 cm. et "Corra F30" pour dalles de 30 cm d'épaisseur. Le modèle "doublle corra" est utilisé dans le trou de l'ascenseur comme ancrage pour l'élévation des machines dans l'installation de l'ascenseur.
