Dig a hole of appropriate dimensions and line a 10 cm thick sand layer at the bottom, dampen the sand and level it. Lay the tank down. Fill it with clean water connect the discharge pipe to the grase trap inlet pipe in order to start the pro- cess. Verify that installation has been correctly carried out. Periodically verify that no larger body obstructs sewage inlet or outlet by opening the screw-on covers and checking through them. Periodically check that settled sand does not obstruct the outlet pipe. M O D A L I T A ' D I I N T E R R O a l l e g a t o 1 Proceed with dampened sand filling of the gaps as shown in the drawing. Once a month it should be checked that grease level is not lower than the outlet pipe bottom. Periodically remove floating material by calling specialised companies . A special bacterial solu- tion may be dosed in order to improve the system removal efficiency and decrease mainte- nance operations.
